I admit I fail to understand how the Chicken a la Mold even was served on the Delta flight. The airlines used to have in place fail safe procedures specifically to avoid such situations. They do not any longer? Apologies count for scant. Is the world so off its axis that this sort of thing soon will be everyday occurrences?
